At Pasxcel, the teachers ensured we learned things beyond IGCSE. Real-life skills and knowledge that will benefit me for the rest of my life. Every child learns differently. Our teachers are able to “shift gears” and adapt when a lesson isn’t working. They constantly assess the room and find ways to present their materials effectively so that EVERY student is able to grasp the lesson. No one is left behind.
Leaders don’t dictate, they inspire. Our teachers never resort to forcing students. Instead, they focus on shared decision-making and teamwork. They steer the conversation while allowing students to make decisions. Students are always given opportunities to assume leadership roles.
