Pasxcel was founded with one intention in mind – to create an education system that goes beyond academic achievements.
At Pasxcel, we do not discriminate – we believe in providing quality education for your child, regardless of his/her learning ability. From slow learners to prodigies, Pasxcel’s education system is designed to fully match your child’s needs, rather than sticking to the standard syllabuses that the majority of schools today adhere to.
We have helped students who traditionally failed all their subjects to achieve a pass in every subject, and transforming students who used to have zero interest in studies to pass their subjects.

Traditionally, the blame for a student’s failure is often directed towards the students themselves, rather than considering the role of teachers or the existing system.
Outdated teaching methods, lack of passion, and challenges such as being underpaid, overworked, and underskilled can hinder a teacher’s ability to provide the best education.
However, at Pasxcel, we prioritise the wellbeing and professional development of our teachers. We automate as much of the work as possible, letting the system handle the mundane, everyday tasks instead of burdening the teachers – ensuring that they will continue to stay passionate and committed in providing the best education for your child.
We also take extra measures to ensure that your child is taught by only the most qualified teachers. Only 4% of applicants who apply to be our teachers are shortlisted and they must have a strong mastery of the IGCSE curriculum and exam style.

We reduce the amount of work required by teachers by removing administrative tasks and unnecessary paperwork. This way, they can fully focus on providing quality education for your child.
Low Student-to-Teacher Ratio
We keep our classrooms small – around 5-8 students per class. This allows the teachers to provide undivided attention to their students and address their learning needs.
Work-Life Balance
We do not subject our teachers to long working hours, requiring them to spend their whole day working. We give them a flexible schedule that they can also enjoy their personal time while also ensuring they commit to their work.
Professional Development
We provide ample opportunities for our teachers to further develop their expertise. Our teachers are always up-to-date with the latest IGCSE curriculum and examination requirements.
