Some of our teachers have and some have even taught in universities before. In any case, we do not make this a criteria when selecting teachers as it is not an indication of the teachers skillset or ability to help your child. We shun the idea that a teacher who has taught the same way without upgrading themselves for 20 years is better than a teacher who has spent the last 2 years constantly improving and keeping abreast with the latest development in the teaching arena.
Our criteria selection has always been their depth of knowledge, passion to mold young minds, ability to deliver complex information in a digestible manner and a personality that is both relatable and engaging for your child.
